Natalie served as a buyer's agent to assist my wife and I with the purchase of a 3BR, 3BA ocean front condo in Myrtle Beach SC for investment purposes. She had all the information we needed about each to assess each's potential as an investment property. Once we settled on one unit, she negotiated a fair and reasonable offer that was acceptable to us and the sellers.
