If you’re looking for a realtor who can help you find property in North Myrtle Beach, S.C., we heartily recommend Cierra Ludrosky from the Oak & Ocean Group. Why has the same property been on and off the market three times in the last month? Who manages the rentals in the building we are interested in and what percentage do they charge? Do we have to pay a fee for the months we live in the unit ourselves? All of those questions and more were asked and answered in a timely fashion by Cierra.
